Almost 4 inches of rain over the weekend and the horses are all enjoying the mud treatment. The ground now has a faint green haze to it–where the horses haven’t churned it up to thick paste– as the grass begins to recover. Whew. As much as I miss driving this week, we need the rain so much that it’s a welcome break.
